Peter M. Holl joined the firm as an attorney in 2023. Mr. Holl obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of California Law of San Francisco (formerly known as UC Hastings). In law school, Mr. Holl competed on UC Law of SF’s Moot Court Competition Team, worked as a teaching assistant for Legal Research & Writing, and served as Deputy Production Editor on the Hastings Business Law Journal.

Mr. Holl has experience working in numerous fields of law before joining Scarlett Law Group, including Domestic and International Intellectual Property Law, Class Action Litigation, Mass Tort Litigation, Criminal Defense, Structured Finance, Contracting, Bankruptcy, and Real Estate Finance.
